- Step on the cable with one foot.
- Bring the handles up along your sides—the tops should land at mid-chest.
- Snip to size with the included cutter.
Pro Tip: Start a little long. You can always trim more, but once it’s gone, it’s gone. The right length means cleaner rotations, fewer misses, and faster dubs.

- Insert each end into the quick-release fittings and secure with the hex screws.
- Push back the safety sleeve on the handle end and slide the quick-release fitting into the slot.
- Release to secure the cable and repeat for the other end.

After you cut your cables to the perfect length, you attach our quick-release fittings to each cable (Allen wrenches included for initial setup). From there, switching between steel wire and PVC cables takes seconds – no tools needed.
Bonus: This system is perfect for couples or training partners of different heights. Each person can have their own pre-cut cables with quick-release fittings attached, but share the same handles. One kit, multiple users – just swap in your personalized cable and go. Additional cables and fittings are available separately if needed.

What is the warranty?
Your jump rope is covered by a full 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your gear fails due to a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace it at no cost. The warranty doesn't cover normal wear from training, damage from misuse, or lost items. For warranty claims, just email us with your order number, description of the issue, and photos – our team will take care of the rest.
