Try it, cut it, train with it. If you’re not stoked within 30 days of delivery, send the rope back for a full refund—no questions asked.

• Applies only to APEZONE jump ropes.
• Request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• Normal training wear is accepted—even if you trimmed the cable.
• All kit components must be returned.

Standard Returns (All Other Items)

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused, unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be in new, resellable condition.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
