Try it, cut it, train with it. If you’re not stoked within 30 days of delivery, send the rope back for a full refund—no questions asked.

  • Applies only to APEZONE jump ropes.
  • Request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Normal training wear is accepted—even if you trimmed the cable.
  • All kit components must be returned.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every APEZONE jump rope is backed by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of products bought directly from APEZONEACTIVE.com.

If your gear fails due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost.

Not Covered

  • Damage from misuse, impact, or neglect
  • Normal wear and tear from training
  • Lost, stolen, or altered items

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Email support@apezoneactive.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Photos or videos clearly showing the defect
  2. Our team will review your claim and, if approved, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

This warranty is non-transferable and any replacement item is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
